This educational gathering will take place on February 27th, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Gallery Coffee Company in Munising.

Munising School Public Library News

There will be two days in the upcoming week that Munising School Public Library will be closed. In recognition of President’s Day, the library will be closed to the public on Monday, Feb. 19. The Library will also be closed on Friday, Feb. 23rd for a Staff Professional Development day. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to better serve you with well trained staff.

Munising Native Sydney Curtis Appointed Vice President Land Operations at VSI!

President/ CEO, Dennis VanLandschoot shares, “we are thrilled to announce Sydney Curtis, a 5th generation VanLandschoot and granddaughter of Paul VanLandschoot, will join VSI this summer as the new Vice President of Land Operations! Sydney has been an integral part of VSI the past 8 years, working at the dock and market every summer. Her dedication to the families legacy, fishing industry and innovative approach make her a valuable addition to the leadership team. We are so pleased that she has decided to come home after graduation to continue her work at VSI.” She will be responsible for managing all land operations, reporting to President/ CEO/COB, Dennis VanLandschoot.
