The Northern Michigan Greco-Roman wrestling team competed in the Kolbotn Cup in Norway this past weekend, taking home the U20 team title headlined by seven medalists. Elyle Francisco stood atop the podium in the 55kg weight class, earning the gold medal by sweeping the round robin series in the finale.

Menominee to play in state final Only one team from the Upper Peninsula has qualified for a state championship game in football: the Menominee Maroons. Menominee will face off against Jackson Lumen Christi on Sunday, Nov. 26 at 9:30 a.m. at Ford Field.
