UPSET not responding agency at Christmas raid

According to the Michigan State Police, the police activity at Foggy’s Steakhouse in Christmas was not a drug raid by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET). An incident occurring on Sunday, October 30 was rumored to be a drug bust at the property, but further depiction should come next week from official sources.

Assistant Negaunee Post Commander and Eighth District Public Information Officer for the Michigan State Police Mark Giannunzio said that a press release regarding the situation will be sent out after confirming with other law enforcement agencies involved at the scene and the Alger County Prosecutor’s Office.
