The Skyline Central Conference announced its all-conference teams for the 2023 season. Three players from the Superior Central cooperative team were named to all-conference teams, with each school of Superior Central, Munising and Mid Peninsula in the co-op named to the roster.

The conference title was shared by North Central and Norway this season, with Adrian Mercier of the Jets being named player of the year. The Jets and Knights both had five players across the three all-conference teams to lead school selections.
