Ethan Swift, the eighth grade goaltender for the Munising Baptist Bobcats soccer team, was named Co-Player of the Year for the Northern Lights League soccer season.

Standing tall in net, the goaltender impressed many with his heroics in the NLL postseason tournament, as Munising Baptist lost the championship game in penalty kicks. The team also finished third in the regular season behind Mackinac Island and Big Bay de Noc.

Sharing the Player of the Year recognitions was Mackinac Island striker Vincent Davis, who led the league in goals this season.

The Bobcats had four players named all-NLL, which was the third-highest amount in the league. Big Bay de Noc led selections with six and the Lakers had five.

The All-Conference teams are selected by the coaches from each of the Northern Lights League schools.
