Cheesy Vegetable Soup

Main Ingredients:

4 Tbs Onion, chopped

2 Tbs Butter

2 C Frozen whole kernel corn

1 C Broccoli, chopped

1/2 C Carrot, shredded

1/2 C Water

2-10 3/4 oz Cans of Condensed Cream of Potato Soup

2 C Milk

1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 oz Provolone Cheese, cut up Dash of pepper

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, cook onion in warm, melted butter until tender (but not brown) Add Corn, Broccoli, Carrots, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the veggies are tender. Stir in the soup, milk, cheeses, and pepper.

Cook and stir over medium heat until the cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.

I like to add celery! Feel free to doctor this up a little too. Enjoy!
