The Alger County Chamber of Commerce has announced a scholarship to be awarded this spring.

A $500 scholarship will be awarded to a person of any age and educational endeavor planning to attend a higher education program or institution. The potential or current student may be pursuing either an undergraduate education or a graduate program.

Any resident of Alger County with a GPA of 2.0 or higher is eligible to apply.
