Health is what you make it.

So just as we discussed last week, we all have the ability to become our healthiest self, and health can look different for everyone. For example, starting to pay attention more to nutrition and make healthier food choices could be health for someone who struggles with obesity, while loosening up on nutrition “control” and incorporating more types of food could be health for someone who has struggled with an eating disorder. Additionally, health is not just physical. It goes much deeper than exercise and nutrition; it includes our mindset and thoughts, outlook on life, relationships, and more. Truth Be Told: Embracing Honest Feedback and Spiritual Growth

The new minister stood at the church door greeting the members as they left the Sunday morning service. Most of the people were very generous telling the new minister how much they liked his message, except for one man who said, “The was a very dull and boring sermon, pastor.” A few minutes later, the same man again appeared in line and said, “I don’t think you did much preparation for your message.” Once again, the man appeared, this time muttering, “You really blew it. You didn’t have a thing to say, pastor.” Finally, the minister could stand it no longer. He went to one of the deacons and inquired about the man. “Oh, don’t let that guy bother you,” said the deacon. “He’s a little off. All he does is go around repeating whatever he hears other people saying.” 1 John 3:18 Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.

I haven’t been able to find that information; would it be possible to send the paper another copy of the article? The steroid medication my doctor prescribed for it last year helped, but I had some side effects that make me more interested in preventing the problem in the first place.
