The Skyline Central Conference announced their all-conference teams for the 2023 season. Five players from Superior Central and Munising were named to the first, second and honorable mention designations.

The Munising softball season came to an end at the MHSAA District 100 semifinals, losing 22-0 to eventual champions Superior Central. The Cougars jumped out ahead to an 11-0 start after the lineup batted around in the first inning.

The Superior Central track and field teams concluded their seasons at the MHSAA U.P. In a pitching duel, the Superior Central Cougars defeated the Bark River-Harris Broncos 1-0 at the Superior Central baseball field in Eben Junction on Tuesday, May 30. Two pitchers combined for the shutout, with Blake Walther getting the win and Trent Rutter getting the save for the Cougars.
