A limited amount of voters will be heading to the polls on Tuesday, November 7 in Alger County. There are only three elections on the ballot, two are millages in Burt Township and one is an uncontested Munising City Commission election.
Below is information about what’s on the ballot. Any messages from candidates are published without editing, so electors and community members can hear directly from those on the ballot.
Due to deadlines, results of the Nov. 7 election will be posted on The Munising Beacon’s Facebook page and published in the Nov. 17 edition.
Burt Township Millage #1 IMPACT OF MILLAGE: IF PASSED, the previous millage will continue for another five years.
