Outreach Advocate

The Outreach Advocate is responsible for providing support and advocacy for the rights and protection of children and adults who are survivors of domestic/sexual violence. They are responsible for assessing individual clients’ needs and helping them to fulfill and reach their goals for safety, shelter, counseling, referrals, food, etc. They will be responsible for building and maintaining key partner relationships within the community to enhance the visibility and accessibility of the women’s center programs and services. They will provide representations to schools, community groups, and others interested in issues related to sexual assault, domestic violence, and dating violence throughout Marquette county.

Job type: Full-time Salary $15.63 – $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Alger Advocate
