S. Richard “Dick” Bornslaeger, age 86, of Munising, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 5, 2023 surrounded by loving family.

Visitation will be on Monday, September 11, 2023 at the Bowerman Funeral Home in Munising, MI from 10:00 until 11:20 a.m. where the Peter Jonas Community Band will then play a few songs in memory of Dick. Dick’s Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church at 12:00 noon. Interment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery. Memorials in Dick’s name may be made to the Alger County Animal Shelter.
