Eden Lutheran worships on Saturdays at 5pm, and on Sundays at 1030am, followed by coffee fellowship. Eden offers “open communion” at the Lord’s table, where all are welcome. On the 4th Sundays we will use the traditional sung liturgy.
This month, Eden celebrates on year in ministry together with Pastor Tera Kossow. To honor this anniversary, we are collecting cleaning and personal hygiene items, or monetary donations for purchasing these items, to help kick start the Eden Free Store that will start this fall.
Our Book Discussion Group will meet again from Noon-1pm on Wednesday September 13th, so get your book ordered now. Our September read is “The Firekeepers Daughter” by Angeline Boulley, which has been selected as the Michigan Humanities 2023-24 Great Michigan Read. You can order your books or ask Pastor Tera to order for you.
Pastor Tera will be away for total knee replacement surgery on August 21st, and will begin her recovery at her parent’s house in Gladstone. Please know she is still available by email starting in September.
Typically, the office is open on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays, from 9am to 2pm. Please contact the office or Pastor Tera directly to schedule a time to meet with her at the church, in the community, or in your home, as office hours change with vacations and other summer activities.
We invite you to worship and fellowship with us, and want you to know that you are welcome, just as you are! God’s love is for all people!
