Bear hunting season continues in U.P.

It is the halfway point of the Upper Peninsula bear hunting season, with a number of successful hunts in the Northern Schoolcraft and Eastern Alger County areas this year. That includes this 410-pound bear shot by first-time bear hunter Stephen Young near Seney.
