Have you been paying attention to Cheer Team this year? They keep getting better and better! This past week, the Cheer Team travelled all the way to Grand Rapids, where they made a fine showing for themselves.

Taylor Monroe, Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach of Munising Middle/High School spoke with a great deal of pride, saying this about the girls: “The Munising cheer program is gaining confidence and strength in every round and getting better each competition!”

They certainly have a lot to be proud of.

As coach Taylor reports, “Varsity placed 2nd in their division with 7 other teams on Saturday downstate in Grand Rapids and 4th over all out of 12 teams. The middle school placed second on Thursday out of 5 teams in Gladstone and are improving so much over the week of practices.”
