The USS Cleveland encountered an issue during its sidewash-launch when it collided with a tugboat. The incident occurred at the Fincantieri Marinette Marine shipyard in Marinette, Wisconsin, where the Freedom-variant of the Littoral Combat Ship are constructed. Theoretically, lawmakers could write checks so large that colleges would then be able to bring down tuition.
