
Elizabeth Anna Rajala, age 97, of Munising died on Monday morning, April 28, 2025, at the Harbour View Assisted Living in Munising. Elizabeth was born at the Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet, Illinois, on Oct. 11, 1927, to William and Elma (Potter) Bakewell.

Melissa Ann Rzanca, 45, passed away April 28, 2025, in Phillips, Wisconsin, peacefully in her sleep. Missy was born Dec. 31, 1979, in Munising, Michigan, to Ken and JoJo Rzanca.
James “Jim” Joseph Monette, age 74, of Munising died Saturday, April 5, 2025, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay following a brief illness, surrounded by family. Friends are invited to join Jim’s family for a celebration of his life on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the American Legion in Munising from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Jim’s obituary and online guestbook may be viewed and signed at bowermanfuneralhome.net.
