The Munising wrestling team saw action at the U.P. Championships in Marquette on Saturday, and five Mustang wrestlers placed in the tournament.

Three players scored in double figures for the Munising Baptist boys basketball team last Friday. The Bobcats displayed some steady defense, too, and were able to earn a road win at Grand Marais, 7541, in Northern Lights League action.

Saturday was quite a good day for the Munising wrestling team. The Mustangs were at Kingsford for an individual tournament, where 15 other teams from Michigan and Wisconsin battled it out.
