Whenever a good basketball team loses a game in which it failed to play up to its standards, the best thing that can happen is another contest as soon as possible. This was the case for the Munising boys last week.

Superior Central’s boys basketball team just couldn’t find the offensive touch in its two days at the Carney-Nadeau Holiday Tournament last Friday and Saturday. The Cougars lost to Hannahville in their opening-round game, 56-38, then came up short against Rapid River in the consolation contest, 33-26.
