The Northern Lights League released its conference awards for the 2022 Fall seasons. The league contains some of the smallest schools in terms of enrollment in the state, including Grand Marais and Munising Baptist.

The Munising Baptist Bobcats are heading into the holiday break with a win after defeating their H-58 rivals Grand Marais 58-27 at The Pit in Mather Elementary on Friday, Dec. 16.

The Mustangs are staying hot heading into the holiday break, as the team stays undefeated after defeating the Ishpeming Hematites 56-50 in Ishpeming last Friday. “Playing a MHSAA Division three team at their place is always hard.
We are pleased to announce that Elijah Lee is our Student of the Week. Elijah is a fourth grader and the son of Frankie Lee and Dustin Lee.
